Education: University of Cincinnati (B.A., cum laude with Honors, 1976), Case Western Reserve University (J.D., 1979).
Biography: Former Staff Attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Lorain County, Inc. (1980 - 1982). Since 1982, engaged in the private practice of law with Robert D. Gary, Esq. and since 1988 with Thomas R. Theado, Esq. and Gary, Naegele and Theado, LLC. Extensively involved in complex litigation, including the prosecution of major class actions, pension litigation, and complex civil litigation.
Professional Affiliations: Lorain County Bar Association (President, 1991-1992); Ohio Women's Bar Association (Founding Member and Secretary 1994-1995); Legal Ethics and Grievance Committee of the Lorain County Bar Association; Ohio Supreme Court's Task Force on Gender Fairness; Appointed by former Ohio Attorney General Lee Fisher to the Ethics and Professional Responsibility Advisory Counsel to the Attorney General's Office; Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers (Trustee, 1994-1995); Former Mediator for the Federal District Court and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
